Because that's the whole point of the game.
Fresh water is okay...for amateurs.
To really experience underwater basket weaving at it's finest, it needs to take place in salt water and surrounded by sharks. |

Yeah, we played it once in a while, not all the time.
But of course they have frickin laser guns on their heads.
Even sharks are entitled to a warm meal every now and then. |
