In all honesty while being extremely vaque due to a NDA agreement... This will be the case to a somewhat extent. There are some linguring issues that must be addressed otherwise this target is somewhat far reaching.

I do agree the impact it will produce will alter the market but it still misses key functions such as feedback in the physical sense. The PS Move has this in rumble which is enougth for interaction and gaming. The absence of any button input also resorts in being at the mercy of the detection software and latency(which varies).
A brilliant example is Time Crisis Razing Storm. With PS Move it is a natural point and click system but due to the nature of the Kinect I cannot see this being possible in a natural sense.
