Default What Movies did you watch today?

We had a thread at one time but still, there should be a place where we can all just bs around and discuss the movies you've seen that day by any medium...ie, dvd/cable/satelite. Rate them too if you don't feel like posting any commentary about em.

Today so far on satelite:

-The Village

Give it 6/10 for the starring actress alone.

-Love Potion Number 9

5/10. Cute movie, sometimes even funny. Old, though..

Yesterday I watched the first half of Superman III during lunch (and after that, don't know why anyone could complain about the recent Supes movie having a stupid plot). Then last night watched the first 3 eps of "24" season 3. Expect to watch another 4 or 5 tonight--Mr. Neglet is in China for the next week, and Neg Jr. looooooves his "24."

I watched The War Tapes. It was... horrific in a good way, because it was supposed to be. Go and see it.

Well today, I watched my Chiefs get their hats handed to em(I know, not a movie...I'm getting there, I'm getting there!)....then, I watched the Niners do pretty decent(still no movies)......then the Manning Bros play each other .....

THEN.....watched the new Hills Have Eyes horror movie out. I've been wanting to see it for sometime after good reviews but finally checked it out tonight. I thought the first 34 minutes was kinda slow and I was wondering "Where is this setup taking me?" and then the horrific scene in the family's winnebego happened. That was some sickening and grotesque shit there, watching that scene unfold...

Yesterday I watched Ong-Bak, Casino and Nick of Time back-to-back-to-back. Anyone care to explain the end of Nick of Time to me? :smirks:

Outy and I watched Syriana. I was totally lost. I do not keep up on all of the politcal dirtiness to know what it was about. Plus, It is hard to watch a movie when you have a 5 year old and a 13 month old demanding your attention. We only have one t.v..

I meant the "special interest" gimp driving away in the car at the end with the slow zoom out. Looks to me like they fancied a sequel and it never happened.

Watched Practical Magic which is a totally adorable film, then started to watch Perfect Blue but fell asleep. About to dive into The Simpsons Season 7 set that I just got.
