Kah, I will talk to you personally regarding the weight thing. Or anything at all. If that is o.k. with ya. I do need someone to rant to, blow off steam, etc. . .

Thanks I knew I could count on you.

7 days into the New Year and I'm down to one pot of coffee a day.
Will it last? Only the man leading the donkey knows for sure. N

I need me a new woman. My four months of marital bliss ended in week three. Oh yeah and not be so fat. Those two kind of go hand in hand I guess.

I resolve not to make any resolutions at the beginning of the year. None.
What's the point? Since when did a certain point in time become the benchmark
for everyone to resolve to make this year different from last year,
when you can pretty much make that same decision in March, or August,
or November? I mean, what's stopping you? The ball dropping at Times Square?
Please.

I've resolved to eat more bacon. It's going to be tough, but I'm a tough chick, and I know I can do it if I set my mind to it.

It was all going so well until on Saturday night I was out with all my oldest friends, we got caned stooopid on all sorts of disco juice and I ended up smoking.

Now I feel ashamed. Ah well, back to square one and this time I must avoid alcohol for a couple of weeks.

Curse my lack of will power.

Yep. Actually, here's something I just found (because The Onion commented on it ): Overeating 'like drug addiction'

And no, I don't plan on using that as an excuse in the future (as I'm sure many people will). It's just that indeed, it does feel like an addiction at times.

I don't doubt that.

I am very good at portion control. I eat very slowly, and stop once I don't feel hungry anymore, not when I feel full. That by itself allows me to eat a lot of the stuff I do.
