You know, it's funny you should say that.
I got one question for you: WHAT IN THE BLUE HELL HAPPENED???

You were SUPPOSED to go to law school. But no. You just had to keep
hanging out with those goth kids at school, letting them drag you to those
damned Robert Smith Kareoke parties into the wee hours.

You were just determined to burn that midnight oil, weren't you?
But you don't care. No. You don't care about me. You just go on caring
about yourself. It's always about you. All these years feeding you.
Putting a roof over your head. One time I let you go see the Misfits when
they were in town, and this is what I get for it?
And when you came back smelling of beer, wearing that black mascara running
down your sweaty face, I thought the zombie version of my son was coming
back to haunt me and eat my brains out! Why? Why did you do this to me?

Was law school so bad? Was it the bar exam? Did I push you too hard?
I let you put a nail through your tongue, and this is how you repay me?

You break my heart..... all these years... (sniff) watching you grow up....
(sniff-sniff)... and now this???

I can't talk right now. My day is ruined. RUINED I tell you.
Where the hell is my Schnapps??? I need a drink.

I don't wear make-up and I removed my tongue piercing two weeks ago. Also, I don't like the Misfits. Damn, I can't even do the goth thing right! Damn!

It’s not too late, you’re still young.

Here’s what you do;

Secretly, get a hold of as much cash as possible (max out the credit cards for cash, sell your car and everything that you can, empty the savings account etc.). Leave the cell phone at home, say that you are going “out for cigarettes” (it’s the classic line).

Go.

Move to another part of the country or if you can scrape up enough money another country. Befriend some illegal aliens, get fake ID. Start over.

Easy as pie.
