Wrong brother's house. You'll meet Ben, not Jake. Unless Jake wants to swing by wherever-it-is-we-may-be when he gets off of work on Friday - but considering the new baby and all, I'm not sure that will happen.

But, I can show you pictures of Jake and my mom can tell you embarrassing stories about him.

But technically, this'll be the best chance I've ever had, or will for quite some time to meet Jake, right?

And there's still Travis...and Mae...and I'm meeting Cinescape people dammit! That's worth mentioning!

Go ahead, have your brush with greatness. I met the Slamwife last weekend, and a very nice lady she was. She kept insisting her husband was not as crazy as he seems online ... a little too strenuously, if you know what I mean.

(Good way to keep up the rep, Slammy!)

Unfortunately, by the time she swung by our booth I felt like five kinds of shit owing to little sleep, no lunchbreaks, and some kind of germ infesting my head and lungs. I'm sure she went away wondering why on earth her husband insisted she swing by and say hello. ("She has a quiet desperation about her--probably terribly pathetic online, poor girl.")

Anyway, have a nice trip, Adam, and don't spoil the illusion for the rest of us by posting pictures of them people being normal and all that.

Hey...you can stop by the office tomorrow if you want. Twerp lives about 1.5 hours away from my office and also about 1.5 hours away from my house.

Hell, since you'll be driving, it's not like it's a big deal. PM me if you think you might be up for it.
