I don't see what the big deal is.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me.
It's so rare to find someone who really knows what he wants in a woman.

You know, I know I should be talking trash about this guy, about how sick and deluded he is.... But I can't get past the fact that this woman married him. Come on, now. Most women who marry psychos have no idea until something very bad happens. This woman had proof up front that her man was very disturbed (or antiquated, if you want to look at it like that.) Point being, even though she didn't sign the "contract," she was aware of it, and therefore gets no pity from me.

I do have a helmet for her, though. ;)

I love this guy, in an I'd put a bullet in his head and love that for a while and then dump him on the side of the road sort of way.
