quite frankly, I am sure alot of it is being controlled by Lucas. For instance, Joruus Cboath in Thrawn trilogy was originally intended to be Obiwan's clone, but Lucas nixed that.
In related news, anyone read Outbound Flight yet? I got it and read it, and it was pretty good. It tied in real well with Zahn's other novels, especially Survivor's Quest. Omicron

Well, I love Zahn's SW writing. This book was pretty good, it tied in alot of stuff, including young Anakin(14yrs old), the original Jorus C'Boath, and alot of the stuff that was in Survivor's Quest.
It really showed why the Clone Joruus was so nutty in the Thrawn trilogy. Apparently it wasn't just "clone-madness". I need to reread it, since I flew through it over one day, and then reread SQ. I haven't read any of the prequel era novels so I don't know if there's anything related to them in the book. Omicron
