Lavorius has a good point about He-Man.

You can actually make the question a little more tangible with that point. Consider, if the Marvel Equivalent of He-Man is say Thor?

Half man, half mystical god-like being. Wielding a power infused weapon. (actually that may aptly describe jakester but lets stay on topic)

So then reframe the question slightly. Have Hulk and Thor ever had it out and who won? and Why?

Sure Hulk has a seemingly unlimited amount of radioactive anger energy draw on, but Thor has a otherworldly reservior of god-esque energy to draw on too.
