Default Beavis and Butthead:Live Action?

This sounds like a terrible idea.

It is an absolutely terrible idea, but I think Heder (Butt-Head) and Scott (Beavis) are probably the closest that Hollywood could get to people able to pull off the B&B voices.

Happy to hear they are finally going to make another one. I always thought another movie would be funny....but live action!!?!? It would ruin the movie. So, MJ needs to get that thought out of his head, and do a regular cartoon version of the film....

GD, i read an article that the "B&B: Do America" sequel was supposed to conflict with Star Wars Phantom Menace in its theatrical release date -Waaaaaaaaaay back in 1998.

Here is some math the creator should use to decide the matter.

Speed Racer cartoon = Cool shit!

Beavis and Butthead Cartoon = Cool shit!

Speed Racer live action = Dumb shit!

Beavis and Butthead live action = Speed Racer live action.

Beavis and Butthead live action = Dumbest shit!

I thought Speed rocked. Consider not trying to make a cartoon fit in the bounds of the real world, but rather trying to squeeze the real world into an anime world, and that's what I think the W's pulled off.

i still havent seen it for two reasons 1. i'm not making any money but the $40 the unemployment dishes out 2. art clients are about as scarce as gas prices are high 3. I really hated the cartoon (I'll admit the trailer looked cool though)

I guess I should reserve judgement as I haven't seen it. My comments were based on the critical panning it took and its relatively weak weekend grosses in the first two weeks. I don't think anyone really expected it to oust Iron Man from number one, but considering the publicity it was getting you'd have thought it'd get at least $30 in its first weekend.

I would tend to agree that B&B should remain in cartoon form but...the two actors being rumored for the roles FIT the roles to a T.
