When is this thing going to be on? I haven't read anything lately and MTV's website has nothing on it. Is this happenning still or what? Thanks for any info.

It is. I read it on either the Sony site or the MTV site. But, it is the time and date specified by bkpark.

Why must it be on at that time? Why must all good shows or shows that show some promise be on within 2:00 AM - 12:00 AM? I'm doing so many things (mostly sleeping in the summer) during those hours.
