It catalogs all the rolls that Actors were considerd for and never got. The one that gets me is, Gary Oldman was considered to play Morpheus in the Matrix.

As good as the first movie was, can you imagine how much the trilogy as a whole would have been brought up if Will Smith hadn't turned down the role of Neo? He's not the best actor in the world but it beats three movies' worth of monotone speeches from the main character and "whoa" ten years after the guy wore the word out.

Cindy Williams was up for the Princess Leia role in the first SW film. I can't even imagine the horror.

It says that Jim Carey was considered for the role of Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean. I can't even imagine what the movie would have been like then...

Dammit. There's this rumor I've been wanting to confirm for a while.
Supposedly, David Bowie (yes, Ziggy Stardust; the guy who spent all of "Labyrinth" playing with his balls) was originally chosen to play unmasked Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi. David Bowie. Darth Vader. I dunno if this is true, but I've heard it a lot and I've been telling it to people for a while now. -When you think about it, Hayden Christenson looks more like David Bowie than he looks like Jake Lloyd.
