Wa-kex, Wa-kex, Wa-kex - Kombat Wombat: Ahh, MuppeX .. Not seen any of these in a long time.. Nice work brought a smile to my face.***
GI Joe Entries - Various: As with every entry I've seen so far for this contest.. This batch is excellent. I hate you all…**** WitchCrow #1 - Weapon X: A very interesting concept indeed. Nice execution I particlarly like the tones you chose.**** Cameron as Wonder Woman! - Renny: Another interesting choice of image. Great work. Layout works well. The only thing I suppose you could have done to take this to another level was to make the surfboard invisible (ala invisible plane) but that would just have been a nice to have..**** A DEVIL`S CRY - dark angel: another nice piece of work from yourself. Very evocative. Nice use of color and the softness around the edge almost gives it a glow.**** Ultimate Captain America - AmericanNinjaX: Hmm.. Chris O'Donnell *shudders* Anyways.. A nice try with what you had on the base pic. The shield is good. I think you need to smooth out those muscles on the costume a bit to make it seem more natural.*** ------------------ Cheers, Local "Is it true what they say about guys with big feet? random uir
ben grimm: sweet looking. no real complaints. maybe add some hard edges/straght lines to the muscles that way they are blockier and not so round. i love that rock texture and color. i noticed on certain parts of the texture it looks layed down. for example where the chin and chest meet, there is a crack that just continues seemlessly, also noticed where the arms and chest meet. that might just be the way the texture works and it just happened by random and i am looking at it too hard. again, great work, in my opinion this is the best thing manip i've seen at the dcg. Wa-kex, Wa-kex, Wa-kex: this is great. beaker as gambit! my only complaint is there is no Gonzo, he would make a great.......okay Gonzo would make nothing more than a great Gonzo. lord of the crows: not too bad. it's a little muddy, but that could be because of the file shrink. i would just go for a straight b/w on this. a devils cry: that is cool looking. great emotion on the face. beautiful colors. ultimate capn america: pretty good for a first manip. nice recolor. all gi joe covers: great work, not a bad one in the bunch. really impressive. dperceful |

looking back at this Thing with a few weeks distance... I see what you mean about the texture.. I guess i could get away with where the arms join the body, but I should have offset the texture at the head 10-20 pixels. Ah the benefits of hindsight
