I could understand it if the cops waited outside, and arrested people who really were about to drive when drunk - that way, they might have caught some real culprits. But to arrest people in a bar, many of whom don't have the slightest intention to drive that evening? I don't know if I should laugh or cry...

Anybody else concerned that ODJ hasn't been around much lately, and now we see news of drunk Texans getting arrested within bars?
I mean...honestly....anybody else adding two and two here? |
