Recently a World of Warcraft player passed away, and her clan held a memorial service on disputed PvP(Player vs Player) territory.
What they didn't count on was a rival clan to come and take them out.... There are better quality versions available but this is the common link. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...ld+of+warcraft |

I must say, those guys have some good PvP. Posting it is the burn. Gotta love gamers. I do similar things on a game called Tibia. Only there is actual ingame loss there, so it's a real pain to be pked. I just don't attack funeral processions.
That's just horrible.

Thats hilarious. Hope no one shows up at your mom's funeral and throws eggs at the herse. Becuase that's likely how these folks felt afterward. Yeah, it's just a game? Sure. |

LOL!... these guy had a funeral procession on a video game... PVP.... one has to know that some unknown person or persons would come in, knowingly or unknowingly, and ambush their a$$es. Come on, you don't see the humor in that. Comedians make fun of the dead, Jesus, Ghandi, Mother Teressa, dead actors or entertainers, etc.... and you laugh your a$$ off, but, now you want to be all serious and sympathetic. You are being very hypocritical. I'm going to go look at it again. ![]() |

There is a new employee where I work that is a "gamer".
Complete social retard, and incompetent. Then someone mentions games and he doesn't shut up. Sports a mullet, mumbles to himself....looks like someone who should be in the trenchcoat mafia. |

I think it's hilarious. I don't play MMPORPG but from what I know about them they have these places called cities where there are no enemies and you can't have PVP action so it is a safe place to have their little ceremony. Having that in an area designated for PVP is just asking for what happened to them.
