OK, that is a slight embellishment. In reality I have not seen Casino Royale. But I had the weirdest dream last night in which I actually did see Casino Royale... in the crappy flea-pit cinema in my town that I haven't been to for about 10 years. It was very, very surreal.

I was, and I was ashamed to say I was bothered by the blondness of his hair, and the fact the film seemed unfinished, and that there were a bunch of tw*ts in the cinema at the same time. And then things just got even wierder !
I hope it's not an omen. Last time I dreamt about watching a Bond movie before it came out, we ended up with Die Another Day ! |

I just can't work that out. I am a huge 007 fan and could not bring myself to miss a chance to see a brand new 007 film at the movie theatre. I definitely couldn't miss the opportunity to see a brand new 007 actors debut..... doubly more so because they are trying to do something a bit different and shake it all up a bit.
So what is it with this "Craignotbond" knob jockeys and their petition and threats ? Clearly they are not really Bond fans at all. Shouldn't they call the site "www.they_are_not_making_a_007_film_exactly_the_wa y_I_want_it_to_be_whine_whinge_moan.com" ??? |

Heh... it reminds my of my heady days on the IMDb Die Another Day board and all the whining that went on there... usually followed by an abhorrent alternate concept for a Bond movie which was any combination of unoriginal, impractical or just plain awful.
I really don't get the whole "boycott" thing. What is it these people expect? The movie's half-shot already... it would cost far more to replace Craig and reshoot all his scenes than the relatively paltry $160,000 the box office will lose if none of the so-called 16,000 boycott-signers-on see the movie. What saddens me is that these cranks get far more attention in the mainstream media than say a site like this one, where despite the occasional disagreement we are all very supportive of James Bond and look forward to his newest adventure. Way of the world, I suppose.

16,000 ??? Is that all. My God, that's pathetic. And the media is assuming these tosspots speak for Bond fandom ?

Is an actual production photo from Casino Royale, which I'm sure you know opens this coming November.
