Hey everybody. Maybe someone can help me. I already have a bunch of different pics in my queue for the gallery, and with all these theme days coming up I am wondering how I submit something for a specific theme day. Do I just title it as such and leave it to the DCG moderators to rearrange my submission queue? I particularly was keen to submit a StarWars III drawing for May, but am unsure if it would actually make the date unless it jumps all of my other pics in the queue. Cheers. (Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask - me am stoopid)

hmmmm shortsighted I be...
For a normal Theme day all you have to do is follow the directions for the tittle of your picture and B will know to post it on the right day. I never thought about people who might have so many pics in their que that their star wars pictures might not make it in may. hopefully b can help us out with that too. |

To submit an image for a theme day, call it ****[keyword]: [your title]. You can find the keyword for each theme day in the Calendar of Events thread. Theme day images always get posted on the day set in the calendar for their display, even if that involves skipping some other pics an artist may have posted. However, you need to have the asterisks (****) and the keyword at the beginning of the image title, otherwise I might miss it in the queue, and it won't get posted on the given date.
For the Star Wars pics, I don't think there's a keyword, but you should still mark them with **** so I'll be certain to post them during May. And I'm gonna repeat this in Kevin's thread on the subject for anyone who may miss this post. |
