Quite good. The metal effect works, though IMO it should have sharper contrasts. The orange lighting is a good touch, though I think it should only show up where the light from the sun would hit him, not everywhere.... you should leave most of him silver and in a new layer set to screen (or similar) add some highlights in appropriate spots... check out Marrow's tutorial, I think he covers that briefly. Besides that, his head seems a bit oddly shaped (mostly the ear), his hand's a bit blobby, and it's a shame you couldn't get rid of the shorts. Despite my nitpicking, though, I should point out that I really do like this piece. You done good!

I just wanted to add my kudos for a really nice piece and really well done metal work.
The only nitpick I could add to what B mentioned is that the screen left (nearest to the screen) is a bit misformed. And I have to say I really like the sun. |

You have my respect Sonic.
Not so much for the look of the finished piece (which is good, but obviously somewhat experimental), but particularly for your ambitions to learn more techniques. Great to see you trying new and different things. I'm keen to see your next attempt using the suggestions stated above. Again, big kudos for the attitude of advancement Sonic. |
