Another movie pitch has been picked up by 20th Century Fox, which seems to be on a roll these days for buying new concepts for films. This time the project is a comedy titled SPORTS BABYSITTER, to be written by Sean McGinly (TWO DAYS, VENOMOUS). Originally based on an article that appeared in Details magazine, and then brought to Fox by producers George Tillman Jr. and Robert Teitel, the movie begins when a high-profile NFL quarterback has a very messy incident happen in the public eye. With the athlete's corporate sponsors thinking about pulling the plug on his endorsement deals and the Superbowl fast approaching, the League hires a child psychologist to look after the quarterback and ensure that no more ugly situations arise for their star player.
