snore.... and you can't blame fox this time

After a few months of silent discussion revolving around the fate of "Terra Nova," Fox has brought down the axe on the dino drama produced by Steven Spielberg.
THR reports the decision came after series averaged only 7.5 million total viewers and 2.6 million in the advertiser-coveted adults 18-49 demo in its 11-episode first season. Its two-hour finale matched a series low in the demo, drawing a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49 and an audience of 7.2 million.
The trade reports that 20th Century Fox TV is currently attempting to shop the series to other networks.
Your thoughts? Sound off below.
Maybe Netflix will pick it up, there already bringing back Arrested Development.
Normal Fox scifi strategy masked legitimate lack of interest. Only seen 3 episodes myself, but as they had it tied into an exclusive deal to Sky and I along with millions of other UK viewer who don't have Sky, what do they expect. I would have watched if it wasn't pay 2 view, as there is very little scifi on TV in the UK at the moment.
Fox sucks lol never watch any more shows from that channel. Just Nascar and thats all.
They cancel every single show. Suck it Fox !
I felt it was hitting it's stride in the last few episodes, but as is normal for network TV and especially Fox genre shows, they rarely give it time to catch on. Firefox is an excellent example of a well written and smart show that was never allowed to blossom, but could have been a huge hit for Fox.
Too bad.
I watched this all the way through and it started out good but wasn't thought out very well. The last episode made me throw up in my mouth a little becuase it was so bad.
Maybe this gives Fringe some hope to survive. Much smaller budget and I beleive better numbers.
But I was actually enjoying this series.
Anybody not see this coming?
