FREDDY VS. JASON trailer this month

The Bloody Disgusting website has uncovered a New Line Cinema document that confirms the release of a FREDDY VS. JASON trailer and teaser poster the week that THE MATRIX RELOADED opens in theaters. RELOADED hits screens on May 15.

This doesn't absolutely mean that all prints of RELOADED will have a F vs. J trailer attached to them; that's up to the theater managers to make the call. The trailer runs at one minute, eight seconds in length.

As well, large banners are being designed and will be shipped to theaters by the Fourth of July holiday weekend. New Line says an official announcement on the trailer and poster will be arriving shortly.
