(“You’re my favorite thing, Peter. My most favorite thing,” sighs Walter, and that was the point when I cried.)

That was my favorite part, very moving. A solid finale to a very solid show. Gonna miss ya Fringe.

 It was nothing unexpected maybe even a little obvious but it was cool. Was a nice ending to the show. 

I didn't get into it until Season 4, I've seen them all now, and can say minus a few moments where characters become uncharateristically stupid for the sake of plot, I really enjoy it. 

I love Walter, I want to be Walter. Also I really dug Anna Torv, and if Jasika Nicole were straight I may have moved to Vancouver and arrange a carefully planed meet cute. John Noble was just inspired through out the series. 

I can't watch this for another week. It's killing me. I won't read the review until I watch it to avoid spoilers. Man am I going to miss this show. The only show I have left on TV to watch is Revolution & if it doesn't get WAY better I won't keep with it past this season.

 @trollman, in the shows own established mythos the alteration of a timeline dosen't result in a negation of the events that lead up to the alteration of the timeline.

The Episode with Peter Weller and the entire Third season with the 2026 timeline being negated, because they use an infinite time fragmentation multiverse view.

They weren't making it so the Observers were never created. They were making it so they didn't throw away their emotions.

 This was my favorite show since the get go. Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, and John Noble were just amazing and I'll miss the show. I loved X-files and this show was an even better replacement.

This was on of the most satisfying series finales I have ever seen.  I loved it and it was a deserved great ending for an incredibly underated show.  There were so many great moments for us fans that it's hard for me to pick my favorite.  Walter telling Peter he was his favorite thing and Walter telling Astrid her name was beautiful had me crying.  And the rescue of Broyles using past biotoxins and Olvia crushing of Windmark using the Cortexiphan force had me whooping with excitement.  I can't wait to get a series box set whenever it comes out.  What a great show.

And for those wondering about time travel paradoxes and all that,  I'll end with a quote I heard from the director of Kung Fu Panda 2 regarding tv and film entertainment that really stuck with me.

"You can logic the fun out of anything" 

Very happy with a shows finale for once.  John Noble is just amazing and acted out such a fantastic character in Walter throughout the show.  His goodbyes, especially to Peter and Astrid were so perfect and dead on for the character they had created and evolved.  And if that wasn't enough for the send-off, they closed in out perfectly in my eyes with the delivery of the white tulip.  The perfect end for our beloved characters..  

I was worried they finale wouldn't meet my hopes, but it exceeded them.

Sorry, I wasn't implying that Anna and John got nominated for Emmys.  The show did.  Music and special effects, I think.  Would have to hit the wikki site..

Addendum:  I agree, they should be nominated.
