WizardUniverse.com teases a visit to the set of Mark Millar's new movie 'Kick-Ass'. The online report is short on details and encourages fans to read Wizard Magazine for the full scoop. However it does provide this tidbit:

Fans will be incredibly pleased to note that most every detail of the film seems to be lovingly rendered and crafted, from the lines of dialogue to Kick-Ass's teal-and-yellow scuba suit. Every minutia of the scene had Mark Millar and Matthew Vaughn's careful attention to detail all over it.

The filmed scene should be familiar one to fans: Kick-Ass defends a helpless man from getting completely beat-up by a gang of ruffians. As he collapses, out of breath, someone runs up to him with a cellphone camera saying, "That was f---ing awesome! Who are you?" The vigilante responds with a wry smile, "I'm Kick-Ass."

It wasn't a gang of ruffians, it was a gang of puertoricans :)
At least Vaughn is not trying to be p.c., now let's see if they keep that little detail in the film since "most every detail of the film seems to be lovingly rendered and crafted, from the lines of dialogue to Kick-Ass's teal-and-yellow scuba suit. Every minutia of the scene had Mark Millar and Matthew Vaughn's careful attention to detail all over it.".
