With less than a month to go before Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios unleash Captain America: The First Avenger into 3D theaters across the globe, the studios and Yahoo Movies have revealed a new poster and a full new trailer for their summer tent pole. See the poster above and watch the new trailer down below. Sound off with your opinions.
The action-adventure stars Chris Evans, The film also stars Hayley Atwell, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, Dominic Cooper, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci, Derek Luke and Neal McDonough. Helmer Joe Johnston led in the director's chair, based on a script by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
Plot Concept: The story will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America.
Captain America: The First Avenger hits 3D/2D theaters July 22, 2011.
I can't even wait. This is going to rule in my book. Each trailer gets me more and more excited. Hurry up July 22nd!
i knew it a stark cameo :)) I have already preordered the dvd at movie stop and I will see this one in the theater
This will be the movie of the summer!
Potter might make more cash but I think this will be the critics favorite summer blockbuster. It's too bad it's sandwiched between other blockbusters. I would hate to see it's profit take a dip because of the competition.
Definitely going to see this one. This trailer was much better than the first.
