 Sounds good to me.

I am soooooooo excited!!! Sandman is one of my all-time favorite comic series. Even if it is a prequel, having Gaiman back for a limited run makes me quite a happy geek.

Holy Spit!!!! THIS is AWESOME news!!!! Who bloody cares about Mysterion Rise's or gay green lanterns, lol!!!

Looks like I'll be going back to the nearest Comic shop soon....

Let's all hope that Gaiman does a better job than Frank Miller did with his DKSB, YEEECH......

I've wanted to read Sandman but the damn Absolute editions are way expensive.  Hopefully with this coming out some new hardcover editions will be released, or cheaper Absoultes.  If not I guess I'll have to search Comixology for it.

Hanso, you can get the graphic novels pretty cheap. There are only 11, I think.

hanso 7/13/2012 1:59:41 PM

Yeah but those are the trade paperbacks I believe.  I like getting them in hardcovers or digital.  I might bite on it though, I always hear great things about sandman.

Excellent.  One of my favorite graphic stories of all time.  It was always so interesting to me how he weaved in so many obscure characters from DC.  Probably, most didn't even realize it if you were not born at a certain time.   Well told...and I'm glad he is willing to return to the medium.

I'm with you Hanso. I have the trade paperbacks but I have been waiting for some trimsize hardcovers. Like these enough I would spend the extra money but who knows they may do the trimsize hardcovers once this comes out.

This is like John and George coming back from the dead to form a beatles zombie reunion. This is the major scoop coming out of San Diego....Hollywood can your hear?
