Wonder if we'll be seeing Daario in this episode?

And the count down for the next episode begins anew.

I am loving this still, but I admit that I feel like not much is happening.  Somehow I still love it, but it's almost too slow.  It's my favorite show on TV and maybe this book just isn't as exciting as the first two (admittedly I have not read them), but I have a feeling that something huge is coming.  There are definitely a lot of stories going on at once and I love a complicated plot.

Trust me, shit is about to hit the fan. They are splitting book 3 (which is considered to be the best) into seasons 3 and 4 so they need to have it unfold at a good pace. We can't have action every episode, I wish people would understand that. It may seem like nothing is happening, but actually quite a bit is happening. Every season is a new game of chess, which is a slow game that requires one to think several steps ahead. That's how Game of Thrones is, it may seem slow, but they are aligning the chess pieces for the final moves. It feels tedious and requires patience but it pays off in the end. I love this show and its slow pace. Its nice to see something that has confidence in it's writing and acting instead of just hurling mindless images at us in a rapid pace like so much crap in this ADHD world. I've been waiting for Arya to tell Beric who she worships and to see his reaction to it. Yes, this last episode was a bit more of a chore than the two proceding episodes because those were just so damn epic, we needed a week to come down from the high of those. This episode provided the rest we needed and managed to set things up nicely before the rest of the season comes crashing down all around us.
