They're already talking about splitting up book 3 into two seasons, back-to-back. I guess they gotta give the fat man some time to get his ass kissed some more at conventions, before he even thinks about typing a single word of "Winds"

@AK He already put out an excerpt from WInds of Winter out on his website. Not that it means it'll come out on time but at least he has some stuff down.

I meant what he hasn't already written. Hell he's got like a hundred pages written but that's because they are all pages he took out of Dance. He hasn't actually written anything new as of yet. If a hundred pages gets you excited, don't let it! He took a whole years worth of work and flushed it down the toilet and started from scracth when he started on Dance. Don't believe me? Go look it up. He admits it himself.

I like the recap in the review but I wish there was a little more to it.  After the recap, tell us what it all means.

Arya and Gendry are being taken to Harenhall not Kingslanding.

I too thought this episode was boring, but the books are a bit that way as well.  Don't get me wrong, they are excellent tales, but there are many pages that can be read quickly without a thorough comb.  Peter Dinklage is a scene stealer and he is currently carrying this show.  There are lots of pretty faces, but he is what makes this show worth watching.

Um AK why are you watching the show if you hate the books so much?  The parts of this that are not from the books are the worst parts...I don't like the softening of Cersi and Theon that they do here.  Theon was never conflicted in this way at all in the books and was very much always going to turn on winterfell.  Trying to make him sympathetic was a mistake.  Also they never captured Arya in this way and it looks like they may be going down a very wrong path with her character.  I am a bit disturbed with the way they are going on a couple fronts here as they seem to be departing from the books in high form, which is very much a mistake.
