HBO has revealed a featurette for their rapidly-approaching season 2 of "Game of Thrones." Check out the behind-the-scene action in the video player down below and more action at the network's facebook page. Based on the popular book series “A Song of Ice and Fire,” by George R.R. Martin, this hit Emmy®-winning fantasy series chronicles an epic struggle for power in a vast and violent fantasy kingdom. Among the returning members of the ensemble cast are Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Emmy® winner Peter Dinklage, Michelle Fairley, Lena Headey and Kit Harington. David Benioff and D.B. Weiss executive produce.
The series kicks off its ten-episode second season on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 9 PM ET.
I'm reading the first book now. I'm trying to bust through it as fast as possible to read the second book before this season gets here. Anyone who's read these books understands what a massive undertaking they are. But they are SO good!
Swisshammer you are in for a major treat & one hell of a ride. I read them all back to back last year & my wife came home to find me reading every day instead of playing video games for weeks. I usually do my reading on the subway so the fact that I was letting the books cut into Halo time was a bold statement. I'm re-reading them all now. Soooo good!
I can't believe that Geoffrey becomes a vampire lord. That came out of nowhere.
