GEORGE A. ROMERO'S LAND OF THE DEAD Premiere

"This is like STAR WARS for horror fans" stated Eli Roth, Director of CABIN FEVER. "Zombie Master" George A. Romero once again brings to life and the big screen another Zombie movie for the enjoyment of horror lovers all over the world.
Universal Pictures and Atmosphere Entertainment MM hosted a special screening on Monday, June 20th at the National Theatre in Westwood, California. Seen on the blood red carpet was the stars of the film Simon Baker (Riley), Dennis Hopper (Kaufman), Robert Joy (Charlie), Eugene A. Clark (Big Daddy), Jennifer Baxter (Baseball#9), Pedro Arce (Pillsbury), Greg Nicotero (head special makeup effects artist), producers Mark Canton and Steve Barnett and director George A. Romero.
Joining the stars were guests Alicia Arden, Adrienne Barbeau, Corbin Bernsen, Sharon Case, Patrick Kilpatrick, Judy O'Dea (star of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD), Scott Reiniger (star of the original DAWN OF THE DEAD), Suzanna Ursuly, Eli Roth, Willie Garson, Raul Julia-Levy, Jenna Fisher and James Gunn.
GEORGE A. ROMERO'S LAND OF THE DEAD opened June 24th in theaters across the country and is rated R.
