Getting to MEET THE FOCKERS

Universal Pictures has issued the first photo of the cast of their upcoming sequel to MEET THE PARENTS. Returning in MEET THE FOCKERS are stars Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner and Teri Polo, and joining them are Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand as Stiller's parents.

MEET THE FOCKERS picks up after Greg Focker (Stiller) has met with his finacee's parents (De Niro, Danner) and been accepted into the family. Now Jack's fiancee Pam Byrnes (Polo) has to return the favor and meet Jack's folks (Hoffman, Streisand) -- but things get complicated when Pam's folks come along to meet their soon-to-be new in-laws. Unfortunately, when the ultra-relaxed Fockers meet the hyper-wound Byrneses, disaster soon follows.

Universal will release the film on December 22, 2004.
