GHOST RIDER still alive

By: CHRISTOPHER ALLAN SMITH

It looks like the big screen version of GHOST RIDER is still alive at Dimension Films, despite the departure of screenwriter and perennial comic book favorite David Goyer (BLADE 1, 2 and now 3).

According to VARIETY, Nicolas Cage is still interested in climbing atop the motorcycle as stunt-rider Johnny Blaze and setting out on his spectral quest for bad guys.

This news comes a few weeks after Goyer left the project, saying Dimension was trying to create a PG-13 version of the Marvel comic, and easing off on the harder aspects of the supernatural story.
