While talking to Cindy Pearlman, Mel Gibson let a little out about his upcoming M. Night Shyamalan thriller, SIGNS, and took a shot at MULHOULLAND DRIVE director, David Lynch.
"Look, I don't see dead people. That's all I'm saying," Gibson said. "I am an Episcopalian minister who sees something in his crops in rural Pennsylvania. It takes place in my field, my farmhouse and in town."
Gibson also said fans of Shyamalan might not get a shocker ending with SIGNS, as they've seen in THE SIXTH SENSE and UNBREAKABLE.
"The ending is not a shocker, but it wraps it up and makes sense," Gibson said. "Let's just say it's not like David Lynch time at all where you don't know what the hell is happening. I hate that stuff."
