'Global Frequency' to film in Vancouver

In his Bad Signal e-mailer, comic creator Warren Ellis writes, "Shooting location for the 'Global Frequency' pilot has been confirmed as Vancouver. This means I won't be in LA this year. It does, however, mean that I get to hang around in bars that let me smoke. Plus, I'm going to get Tristan Risk to dress up as a chauffeur and drive me around, though she doesn't know this yet."
