By: Sue Schneider
Date: Monday, April 12, 2004

THE WHOLE TEN YARDS opened nationwide Friday April 9th and on April 7th Warner Bros. Pictures held the World Premiere at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

THE WHOLE TEN YARDS is the sequel to THE WHOLE NINE YARDS. In the first movie everyone had a contract out on everybody, which was all to do with who would land up with millions of dollars. THE WHOLE TEN YARDS picks up where THE WHOLE NINE YARDS ends: retired hitman Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Bruce Willis) has fallen in love and married Jill (Amanda Peet), an assassin who was hired in the first movie by Nicholas "Oz" Oseransky (Matthew Perry) wife (Rosanna Arquette) to kill her husband and plants Jill in Oz's office as his dental assistant. By the end of the first movie half of the people are dead, Oz who has fallen in love with Jimmy's wife (Natasha Henstridge) and are free to get married.

In THE WHOLE TEN YARDS Oz shows up on Jimmy and Jill's doorstep and begs them to help him rescue his wife from the Hungarian mob. That where the fun begins.

Seen on the red carpet were the stars of the film: Bruce Willis who brought his daughter Tallulah Belle and girlfriend Brooke Burns; Natasha Henstridge; Matthew Perry and his sister Madeline; Kevin Pollak; Amanda Peet and director Howard Deutch who came with his wife Lea Thompson and their two daughters.

They were joined by guests: Ron Perlman (HELLBOY) and his wife Opal; Jared Padelecki (GILMORE GIRLS); Brad Garrett (EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND); Riley Smith (RADIO); Allison Sweeney with Bryan Dattilo (DAYS OF OUR LIVES); Jonathan Tucker (TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE) and many others.

THE WHOLE TEN YARDS is rated PG-13 for sexual content and some violence and language. For more information check www.thewholetenyards.com /AOL Keyword: The Whole Ten Yards
