Going to the premiere of COLD MOUNTAIN

December 25th is going to be a busy day at theaters as quite a few movies will be opening all at the same time. Which will you pick? COLD MOUNTAIN, PETER PAN, PAYCHECK or CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN. Or will you pick all of them and make it a movie going day. Needless to say with all of these opening premieres were almost back to back out here in Hollywood and Cinescape was right there to capture everything.

Miramax held the premiere of COLD MOUNTAIN on Sunday, December 7th at the Mann National Theater in Westwood, California. It had rained all day yes it does rain in California so Miramax was kind enough to put a tent up so the press would not get wet.

Seen walking the carpet were the stars Nicole Kidman, Jude Law, Renee Zellweger, Natalie Portman (love her new haircut), Brendan Gleeson, Kathy Baker, James Gammon, Charlie Hunnam, Melora Walters, Jack White (The White Stripes), Taryn Manning, Jena Malone, Jay Tavare, T- Bone Burnett (music), director Anthony Minghella, producers William Horberg and Sydney Pollack.

The stars were joined by guests Adrien Brody, Meg White (The White Stripes), Evan Rachel Wood, Kiera Chaplin, Frances Fisher, Sienna Miller, Ricky Martin, Joy Durham, Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna, and Asia Argento.

The premiere was a benefit to raise money for the Motion Picture and Television Fund.
