Makabriel, apparently you didn't see movies #1 or 2, and didn't pay attention in #3.  John McClane was married to Holly Gannaro-McClane, separated prior to #1 due to differing careers, Holly recieved a can't-refuse executive promotion with the Nakatome Corporation that required her to move to LA, John didn't want to leave the NYPD.  They reconciled between 1 and 2 but divorced between 2 and 3.  The kids (seen as adolescents in movie 1) went with mom when she went to California.

Die Hard 1: OMG new bar set

Die Hard 2: Feh. Obvious sequel with expected weaknesses

Die Hard 3: Surprisingly decent, still not as good as the first, but definitely surpasses the second; enjoyable flick

Die Hard 4: I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed this. Still not as good as the first, but far surpasses the second, and better than the third

Die Hard 5: TBA

 btw, this is a PG13 film nown days PG13 movies get away with alot. still looks like loads of fun. and why are some peole so confused about his kids? they showed his kids in the first film a little boy and his sister..everyone knows that or at least i thought they did.
