In case you missed the memo, DC plans to go straight to a JLA movie without the preliminary universe building first.

@MrCharles - The current rumored plan is 1)Superman movie 2) JL movie 3) Moving on to the other JL/DC hero's.

Personally I want Zack Snyder to make the Wonder Woman movie too. Wonder Woman is a female version of a Spartan warrior. They are Amazon's trained in battle from birth. Any Wonder Woman movie should be like 300 with Wonder Woman kicking ass. Sort of like when Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman went to Apokolips in Superman/Batman: Apocalypse. Wonder Woman was cutting fools up in that movie. So awesome.

Axia you are assuming that MOS is a hit. If it fails then I would not be suprised if JLA is put on hold.

Laz, I really doubt the new Superman will flop.  Seriously.  People will see just on the fact that is has the names of Zack Snyder and the Nolan Bro's attached to the project.  300, Watchmen, Batman, ect.  Not to mention that about 1 billion people are going to see the Hobbit and Superman MOS will be the biggest trailer in front of the movie.  That is $$$$$$$ in the bank.

Sorry. Besides it could still make money and be crap. See Episodes 1-3. Again, I am at a loss as how there is a real fight between Superman and Zod. He is a military genius and would understand how to defeat his opponent quickly. Threaten to kill every. single. innocent. until he surrenders. End of story.

Martin Campbell directed Green Lantern.  How he went from The Mask of Zorro, The Legend of Zorro, and GoldenEye to that steaming pile of cow dung is beyond me.

But I really doubt that Snyder and the Nolan Bro's will make a crap movie out of Superman.  But I guess time will tell.  Let's all have a positive out look and hope it ships ass Superman style.

And no, I do not want a 'realistic' version of Superman.  I want the DC comics version of Superman.  He would punch Zod in the face.  Also, Superman most likely got all the combat and military training he would ever need from his Fortress of Solitude.  It does have a library of every single piece of Kryptonian knowledge ever created after all.

Okay Axia, but answer this. Given Superman and Zod are equally powerful, wouldn't Zod win? Put aside the Superman is good and must prevail precepts. If the situation arose Zod would be willing do things to win Supes wouldn't. If we are using the logic Karas is talking about missing from Star Trek, Zod not winning is a huge plot hole. That is the point I don't think anyone wants to look at. If Zod and Superman got into a fight, Zod wins and quickly. Like I side Zod simply collapses a building full of people and game over.

Yes, Superman would have a huge conflict of morals, I guess you could call it. I suppose he would have to take a que from his buddy Batman and make a logical decision to save some people under the building or save the whole planet from a psychotic war mongering maniac. I think Superman would make the right choice. But that could just be me.

I also contend that to beat Zod all would have to happen is for Batman to jump his ass like he has done to Superman a few times. Bats always has a secret supply of Kryptonite on hand just in case Supes looses his shit again. Zod would get jumped by Batman and get his ass handed to him. But they won't do that in the MOS movie because that would be too awesome for words. That and it would make the movie really short.

I would rather see Howard Stern play "Fartman" in the Justice League movie than this fruit who is not Bruce Wayne playing Batman
