I remember the show where he went back out into the desert met the UFO again and got another instruction book....which he promptly lost again in about 5 minutes.

I only remember two episodes...
one involving the loch ness monster... specifically the last five seconds of that episode.

And the other involving a robotic monster in a dam that resembled the interior workings of my mother's sewing machine.

I'd love to give this series another whirl as I haven't seen it since it's first run on TV when I was very very young. But the themesong certainly stuck with me.

I'm surprised that it has not been brought back to television considering all the other tv show that have come back from the grave. I thought it was good for it's time and did not take it's self to seriously...TEABAGGING, I think your right. I believe It was the last episode of the series and we all thought he was going to be able to control the suit once and for all but he lost the instuctions again with in minutes. I did'nt watch much television when I was a kid but I, for some reason got around to being home on time to watch this show. Hey, what can I say.

This has nothing to do with last american hero. I was wondering if anyone had any info on the Runelords movie that was suppose to be filming already?

I am not ashamed to say I loved this show and would LOVE to see this flick made into a movie. The would be such a refreshing take against the typical hero movies that have the star always knowing what to do and so sure of themselves. Having a "human" star that is a lost and normal as the rest of us would be a great storyline. You know Tom Arnold might not be half bad. Not geeky enough I think. But definitely having Dennis Leary as the FBI agent.
