SarcasticCaveman: uh, no, I didn't know SyFi was doing it. But it does explain a lot.

Well, Mayhem101878, Frank Gorshin and Jim Carrey did leave quite an impressive on me.

But I see that you ignored how I said that Nolan/Bale and company could pull off a decent Riddler in the next Bat movie.

Batman 3 - Joseph Gordon Levitt ... will be doing one of the hardest acting gigs ever.

Replacing Heath Ledger as the Joker, not the Riddler.

Have a look at this. Heath on the left and Joseph on the right, ... freaky.

Green Lantern 2 must still include Hal Jordan recruiting Guy Gardner and John Stewart to battle a rouge Sinestro.

Green Lantern 3 ... will hopefully also include Kyle Rayner.

Fingers crossed people

SarcasticCaveman, no one seems to be sure where the "General" idea came from, but it was confirmed a while back that Biel is playing a Captain.

SarcasticCaveman 6/11/2010 12:03:36 PM

fft5305, thanks for the info!  But actually, the idea of a general came from mania, from the first article announcing Biel's involvement.  If I had more motivation or desire to prove myself correct I'd try to look for it, but eh, it doesn't really matter.  Glad she's playing a captain.

Never mind, boredom always finds a way...here's that mania article.

28 days later had the first fast Zombies, not Snyder's movie.

Wiseguy 6/12/2010 6:34:16 AM

Maybe I'm splitting hairs but were they really zombies in 28 Days? I mean they weren't the dead come back to life but rather the infected. They were zombie-esque but not really zombies. Same thing for Quarantine I believe

SarcasticCaveman 6/12/2010 12:48:59 PM

No, I'm pretty sure in Quarantine they were actually walking dead.  Perhaps the 28 Days Later "infected" weren't kosher Hollywood zombies, but I would still be lenient and classify the film itself into the overall zombie subgenre of horror.  And agentkooper, Snyder's zombies also moved fast.  How long has it been since you've watched it?  The beginning shows zombies running everywhere.  Granted, they don't run for the entire movie, but plenty of scenes of running zombies.
