You know i have said it until i am blue in the face. Ryan Reynolds would be a GREAT Green Lantern. Just not Hal. Kyle, Rayner, yes. JUST. NOT. HAL!!!!!

Warner Bros. Pictures, NECA and The Daily Blam have revealed some new promotional tie-in wall posters for Green Lantern, the upcoming 3D theatrical adaptation which has Ryan Reynolds in the title role. Check out the new posters and the first teaser trailer (revealed last November) down below. Reynolds will be joined by his co-stars Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, Angela Bassett, Tim Robbins, Temuera Morrison, Jay O. Sanders, Taika Waititi and Jon Tenney. Director Martin Campbell led at the helm, based on a screenplay by Greg Berlanti, Michael Green, Marc Guggenheim and Michael Goldenberg.
Plot Concept: In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds). Hal is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris (Blake Lively), if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax...he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.
Green Lantern will hit theaters June 17, 2011.

Seriously?? If i had no idea who the Green Lantern was, I would think this is such a dumb joke of a movie from these posters.
hmmmmm.....These look like something you would find on the front of a trapper keeper.
These look really cheesy, Im sorry. But these are also only for licensed products. Not the actual movie.
On a good note.... unless the director really screwed up the script, this movie is going to rock!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you guys serious? These posters are fun! They're not official theatrical posters, they are promotional posters that you will likely be able to purchase at places like Walmart or Spencers along with all the teeny boppers, half naked chicks, and Twilight image posters. See where it says NECA down in the bottom corner? That is a toy company. These posters are aimed at kids and character collectors...they are NOT actual film posters!
Complete GAR-BAGE!!! Movie will bomb.... Reboot in 5 years, after they quickly realize they made a bad casting decision
