GREEN LANTERN: SERIES 2: SHARK Action Figure

DC Direct has released an image of the upcoming GREEN LANTERN: SERIES 2: SHARK Action Figure. The figure stands 8" high.

The Shark is a killing machine that sets its sights on Hal Jordan. The action figure features multiple points of articulation and a display base.

It will come packaged in a four-color blister and be available on August 9, 2006.

VERY cool! It's amazing how Johns and Ethan Van Sciever took a lame character like the Shark and revamped him into something actually creepy looking.

I'm not a toy snob by any means, and DC is my favorite.But come on DC, suck it up and get Toy Biz to make your stuff or just make comics and leave the toys out of it.

This will make some 7 year old VERY happy. Remember guys, toys are mainly for kids. :) unless they take batteries and vibrate

Toybiz has the best sculpters hands down, the detail and articulation is incredible. Some of the larger figures even have opposable thumbs.

It just kills me that DC doesn't try to emulate what Toybiz is doing. How many friggin' weird ass color variations of Batman do we really need? And I can't agree more about the articulation that Toybiz does. If only the JLU figures would have the same articulation then life would truely be good.
