Saturday Night Alive Alumni, Molly Shannon, has grabbed a “secret” role on NBC’s new Hannibal TV Series. The details on this “top secret role” are sparse, but the one time Mary Katherine Gallagher may or may not square off against Hannibal Lecter.
Why Molly Shannon of all people? Well Shannon has history of working with Hannibal’s showrunner Bryan Fuller from his Pushing Daisies days.
The Hannibal TV series is based on Thomas Harris’ novel ‘Red Dragon’.
Hannibal has a midseason premiere on NBC.
