In an interview with blackfilm.com, Halle Berry dropped a few interesting comments regarding X-Men and future comic book films.

A short recap goes something like this: Never doing a Storm spin off, never playing another superhero, she thinks Fox would do another sequel to X-Men.

The question asked by blackfilm.com regarding future X-Men movies could be considered somewhat of a spoiler, so be wary.

De-spolierfied the quote goes something like this: "If this is the end, which in my mind it probably is, I'm just really happy with the way it ended; and if [it] does well, Fox will do another one. It would be advantageous for them to do another one. I think they will if the fans love this one enough and enough people go see it and they all want it, I'm sure there will be another one."

So there you have it, right from the mouth of someone who has no say on if there will be another movie! Take it for what it is. There is a lot more Halle Berry info and a lot of good questions in the interview, you can find it here.

Even without Wolverine and Storm there a plenty of great X-Men stories. I'm more curious to see how long Patrick Steward and Ian McKellen are willing (and able) to reprise their roles. When those two are on the screen it's pure gold.

About 3 months from now Hally Berry will announce a Storm spin-off. Six months later they will redo her costume with a low cut tight leather outfit... oh yah... she'll suddenly develop a need for a whip... and cream... and... please don't do this... please stay true to you word and don't do this!

They better do another one. I won't be satisfied until they put Gambit in.

How would not having Apocalypse seem not relevant to the story they are telling. The Cure is all about Apocalypse. That's how he gets his minions, such as Archangel for a short while. And I can only dream for a Sentinel clash in the movie. My hopes for a future X-Men movie would be to include Bishop/Cable coming back from the future about the mutant disease that Apocalypse also brought upon humans and they could follow the cartoon version scene for scene and I'd love it.

Oh god yes... they could easily keep going with the richness of stories yet to tell. Nice idea Wes!

Yes, there's ONE Sentinel in X3, but it's in the Danger Room, so it technically doesn't exist. I agree with the whole Wolvie is too tall discussion, that's why I always thought Glenn Danzig should have been Wolverine...because he IS Wolverine.

I agree with you Wessmith - Halle is a good actress, and Hott, but I'm tired of her thinking she's the cream since the oscar. Phillip - Now that was a used diaper, right? Oh and I agree with the Sabertooth thing. #12 - not sure Mr. Sinister or Apocalypse would transfer to screen well, and giant robots is a little over done, though I love them all. #14 - gambit - is a must. I agree. Oh and StrangerStrange you are.

Oh and Jackman has been quoted as saying: "No, I don't think there will be an X-Men 4."

#33 - No, I haven't, but I knew what you were talking about.
