If Christopher Lee can keep acting "active" into his 80's then surely a trio of pudgy 50 to 70 year olds can get themselves back into shape to play older people. Geez folks. Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart are frickin dynamos and they're getting ancient as well.

They never let themselves get out of shape though. Pudgy I mean.

That sentence I wrote was ate up. I can't believe I let that past muster. Must be delirious from lack of sleep. I still haven't had sleep.

The one I wrote before the last two.

Rumour: Lucasfilm Developing A Knights Of The Old Republic Movie
Nuff said. =D

Older folks can be put back into shape. It's not that hard. Example: On the homefornt down my way, she who must be obeyed is a dance instructor. Some of her more dedicated older students that come to her studio show up fat, flabby, stiff, and tired. In most cases, within three to four months she turns them back into lean mean dancing machines. Transformed, they become happier, mentally sharper, and confident again.

Mr. Jaw, I agree with what you say, but unless someone is mentally gone, immobile, or on their deathbed, most of the effects of aging, and or poor body upkeep can be reversed.

Yes, it does take more effort when one gets older, but that effort does not mean trying to do more, but rather dedication. After all, most people will never again have the metabolism of a 21 year old.

I swear I read or heard somewhere that Carrie is loosing weight using Jenny Craig and is trying to get into a good enough shape that she can fit into her slave Leia costume, and this was before Disney bought Star Wars. So I'm sure that she will be in shape.
