Seriously, unless they shoehorn in the "Haruhi-chan" and "Nyoron Churuya-san" segments into the set, I'll pass. It's nice to see that Bandai is still trying to build up hype for something, but I have to wonder if they should probably redirect their efforts towards something else, like, say, improved customer service or better quality control.

Sad Fact: In 2007, Haruhi was outsold in America by Afro Samurai, Witchblade and Karas (that's right- a quickly-forgotten Manga Entertainment DVD outsold one of Japan's hottest properties).

...as far as liscenses go I'm very surprised that K-on or Ah my goddess- Fighting wings have not yet been announced.

 If they go ahead with the dub, I'll probably pick it up. If only to support the idea of dubs. Though I'm still pissed at them for not doing a dub for the Lucky Star OVA. Finish what you start, or you'll burn a lot of fans.

I greatly enjoyed the second season, but there's here's some spolier-advice synergy for you SOS brigade fans waiting for the Discs: When you get to the "Endless Eight" section of the series, you only need to watch Ep.12(Ep. 02), then any episode between 13(03) and 18(08), and then pick up at Ep. 19(Ep.09)

Think Groundhog Day, but done not as fun.

I would like to pick this up on Blu-Ray in the US if it becomes available in that format.
