Hauer Signs For 2 Flicks

Rutger Hauer's next two films with have the actor working for George Clooney and getting to know a legendary bloodsucker.
According to Variety columnist Michael Fleming, Hauer was invited by Clooney to take the role of an East German hitman who mentors Chuck Barris (Sam Rockwell) in CONFESSIONS OF A DANGEROUS MIND. Clooney is helming the project and will also have a part in the film.
Meanwhile, Hauer also signed on board Dimension Films' sequel to DRACULA 2000. The columnist reports that Hauer will play the title role.
