Iron Man 3: TV Spot #3

You and Me!

By Robert T. Trate     April 03, 2013
Source: ENTV

Here is the third TV Spot for Iron Man 3. We will probably get two or three of these a week from this point on. We only have 4 weeks to go for this day forward. I’ll stop posting the TV spots around 10. Check it out Maniacs, nothing new here so it is spoiler free. This is just your daily dose of hype.

The Plot: Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/IronMan against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

Iron Man 3 features Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley.

Iron Man 3 arrives on May 3rd, 2013

I wonder why Marvel thinks they need to force feed us this movie?  It's not like everyone in the world isn't going to see this at least twice.  Ease up on the marketing.  It's not going to hurt the movie one bit.

makabriel, we are not the audience they are hitting over the heads with these ads. In fact, all we need is a shot of Iron man flying cut to Iron Man 3 title and a date and we are they there. It's the regular people. I'm still shocked that people don't know there is a another Star Wars in the works. We live for this. They (the regular folks) call it a Friday night out.

That's the thing, though.  For the "normal" people, since Avengers I'm sure everyone is now aware of what Marvel is doing and are at least tracking these movies in some fashion.  If they weren't hooked in by Avengers, they just aren't going to get hooked in.  I'm just wondering if the normals are going to get burnt out by the time the movie hits..

If you want to make this ad work, you replace the Mandarin with Kim Jong-Un.
