HEROES & CLOVERFIELD Cross Over

I certainly didn't catch it on Monday night while watching HEROES but it seems that events related to the CLOVERFIELD movie are now existing in projects outside of JJ Abrams' reach. One of the film's viral marketing campaigns (and Abrams trademark products) has made its way on the popular NBC program. Heroes producer Greg Beeman updated his official blog with snapshots of the cast holding "Slusho" cups in the latest episode of the show.

When asked if the Heroes world exist within the Cloverfield world or vice versa, Beeman had a "Don't ask, don't tell" answer waiting..

 Here's one snapshot:

Also, a slow motion clip has been uploaded on the net featuring the monster shown in the latest CLOVERFIELD trailer. The clip made its way online courtesy of Slashfilm. Here's the clip...

CLOVERFIELD is a Paramount/Abrams production and it hits theaters January 18, 2008.

HEROES is a NBC-Universal/Kring production and it hits television every Monday at 9/8:00 CST

What the helll is that? From this angle, it looks kind of like a turtle, but you really can`t make anything out.

I am not sure what any of this means....What is Slusho? A product in CLoverfield that is appearing on Heros? That would be a really cool tie in/crossover though. And as for the clip,,,,It kinda looked like a big turtle in a trench coat....The only thing you can really make out are the legs, which do have a Godzilla like look to them.

Like I really care if Slusho is in both his projects.

The Slusho thing is not even remotely interesting in my opinion.
The picture of Elle is though :)

The SLUSHO! legend from their website made it appear that the SLUSHO! product or its secret ingredient is the cause of the monster, directly or indirectly. So, it appears that the SLUSHO! drink is tied to the plot of the story, especially if its given that much effort to advertise.

"Is Heroes a J.J. Abrams production? I didn't think it was... "

From the above article: "...it seems that events related to the CLOVERFIELD movie are now existing in projects *outside* of JJ Abrams' reach." [emphasis added]
