It's inavasion of the body snatchers without any snatching and replicating... just parasites. OK I get it, sounds boring.

So, is it like Invasion of the Body Snatchers?

It's post Body Snatchers.  They've won, and we're conquered.

aegrant.... I started to watch this trailer before but as soon as it said "From the author of Twilight.."  I just couldn't bring myself to finish it.

I won't hold Twilight against the author, as it was written for tweens, specificaly female tweens.  If she is now doing something with a more adult audience, it may be alright.  Lots of authors have many different writing styles for different genres.  I'll wait untill I see more before I decide on it.

USUALLY a trailer is supposed to make you want to see the movie not run away from it!

I read the book, it was boring and I can't believe that a movie will be any better than the source material.  I'm sure the tweeners will eat it up though.
