Good review Rob. Axia, you are a moron and it has nothing to do with your dislike of musicals.
No worries, we'll just create a computer virus again and upload it to their mother ship and all will be good again. Any chance if they'll let us know if they are running OS or Windows? I bet those bastards are all about the Unix systems...damn aliens.
I'm sure they'll release it in 3D and most of you will be in line on opening day for it, glasses on and beating your chests over this breaking edge technology that you all have embraced.
Crap.
How does this guys still get to make movies? One more crapfest I will not be at.
The whole 3D thing along with its fans need to all share the same fate as the Titanic. I mean, of all the insane and cool technology out there and this is what we think is cutting edge. 3D is crap...nothing less and nothing more.
Sorry Muenster, couldn't disagree more with you on the "super highly waxed and polished showroom vehicles" comment. As a kid, that was the best part of the Transformers...the fact that they were really cool cars. Grant it you had your trucks and vans but nothing was cooler than the sportier looking ones (i.e. Mirage, Jazz, Hot Rod, Sunstreaker, Prowl, Sideswipe, etc...) Then again, that just might be my opinion alone.
Yet the nice thing about all these 3D films is that you still have the choice to see them without. A choice I make everytime. Seriously, I honestly don't see people hopping on the 3D train as much as so many claim in these forums. Avatar was a unique instance, and one that has not been repeated yet. Hopefully Hollywood will find a better avenue to lure people back to the theaters with.
I kind of get the sense that everyone is copying everyone. Nintendo has finally woke up and decided to make games for gamers (like Microsoft and Sony) and then Microsoft and Sony are dipping into the motion controller stuff. Bottom line, all three of them didn't impress me much this year. Personally, I can't wait until all this motion controller crap is behind us. Tired of all these games that constantly demand me to make "jerk off" motions for fun... leave that to the adult industry. I'm still waiting for the time when we truly can interact with the games... yet I think that's still 10 years down the road.

Because little Avatar fanboys get all excited and shell out money for technology that truly should have died in the 50s. Thank God one still has a choice to not pay or see this crap in 3D.
